And NBC used to show TV Nation. And PBS once aired "Roger and Me" and "Pets or Meat", I think. So "the Michael Moore channel" must be all of those networks. This is an example of what an unnamed Bush Administration senior advisor referred to as conservative humor: very dry mock-observations that refuse to be tied to "reality-based thinking."
