A favorite CPD tactic is to have a bunch of boys (and girls) in blue <em>just</em> before the exit at the Sox Field stop so those who decide to pre-drink en route get busted... I found this quote from the article amusing: "Amazingly, only one train in the past year was delayed because of an intoxicated customer, though 18 trains had to stop because there was an unauthorized person on the tracks." This is commonplace on the London Underground, possibly because the Tube is practically BYOB (CircleLineParty.org.uk). And while the Tube doesn't include intoxicated customers as a reason for delay, the standard list unfortunately includes 'person under train' (see full list at www.mytube.info).
